Yeezy Season is upon us. After years of waiting, Mr. West will be releasing his 6th studio album on June 18th.

RapUp has confirmed the release date, and also that the rumored Yeezus title is in fact the name of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy‘s followup. Kanye debuted a new track visually across the globe last night called “New Slaves“, and tonight you can catch him performing new music on the season finale of SNL. Tuck your whole Summer in.

Kanye West took to his Twitter to announce that his new single “New Slaves” would be premiered live tonight in 66 different locations. The music video was projected onto buildings across the globe, which we have footage of below. Expect the full song to hit the internet soon.

This what you all been waiting for, ain’t it? Yeezus makes his appearance on the season finale of SNL on May 18th. Expect new music.

Kanye West performed at the Adult Swim Upfront event tonight which took place at the Roseland Ballroom in New York. During his performance he treated the crowd to some new music, a short preview of “Yeezy Season” (above), and a track called “Awesome” which you can check out below. Look for Mr. West to debut more new music during his performance on SNL this Saturday.

After deleting all of his tweets just a few days ago, Kanye West surfaced on the social media site to tweet a date…June 18th. What does this date mean? Well, nobody knows. All we can do is speculate. But if we know one thing about Kanye, there is definitely something important about this date if he put it out there this way. We’ve already heard rumors from good sources that his album is indeed finished, and he’s set to perform on the season finale of SNL on May 18th which would be the best time for him to debut a new single. Earlier this week, news broke that Kanye West might be calling his upcoming album I Am God. Today, we the rumors are cleared up a bit as one of G.O.O.D. Music’s writers, Malik Yusef, let the cat out of the bag on Kanye’s new single titled “I Am A God”. His album still is without a name supposedly. The idea of the song was generally that all people are manifestations of a higher power and is a reference to Psalm 82. We look forward to hearing this soon.
